Volkina International Foundation, PBC is a dedicated global education ecosystem designed to bridge the gap between academic institutions and international opportunities. We empower universities, faculty, and students by providing a centralized platform for program discovery, logistical management, and meaningful global engagement. Our mission is to simplify the complexities of international education through innovation and a commitment to academic excellence.
Any organization that offers accredited, structured, or faculty-led international study programs can apply to list on volkina.org.
Accredited institutions offering semester abroad, exchange programs, or faculty-led courses to domestic and international students.
Third-party organizations that design and operate Umrah and Hajj packages independent of a specific university, often across multiple destinations and disciplines.
Academic departments or faculty coordinators running short-term, course-embedded international programs tied to specific curricula or travel itineraries.
The process is straightforward. Each step requires admin review before advancing, ensuring quality and trust are maintained throughout.
Submit your organization for review. If your provider already exists in the ecosystem, you can claim it and request ownership. Admin approval is required before access is granted.
Add your logo, organizational description, accreditation details, destinations served, contact information, and social links. Your profile is your public-facing identity on the platform.
Publish individual program listings with full detail: destination, term, subject, cost, duration, credits, housing, deadlines, and more. Each program submission goes through admin review before going live.
Student leads arrive directly from your provider page and individual program listings. You respond from your provider dashboard and manage all inquiries in one place.
Volkina International Foundation, PBC supports a richer data model than most directories. Providers can populate detailed fields across logistics, academics, costs, housing, and financial aid — all of which appear on the public-facing program page.
Each field that is populated increases the quality signal of your listing and gives students more reason to inquire rather than move on.
All providers start with a Free listing. Paid plans expand your visibility, placement, and access to student matches and RFPs. Visibility badges (Verified, Featured) are always admin-controlled — they are not granted automatically by upgrading.
| Plan | Price | Key Differentiator |
|---|---|---|
| Free | $0 / month | Claim your profile and establish a basic presence in the ecosystem. |
| Starter | $49 / month | Full profile editing, program management, lead notifications, and up to 5 student matches per month. |
| Growth | $249 / month | Unlimited student matches, full RFP marketplace access, priority search ranking, and a branded microsite. |
| Premier | $499 / month | First access to every lead with a 24-hour head start, exclusive matches, and homepage featured placement. |
Your listing is only the start. When students use Student Match or universities submit an RFP, matching requests are released to you as warm leads — with requirements and contact details — so you can respond instead of prospect.
Your plan controls how early and how many you receive. Premier providers get a 24-hour head start and exclusive matches; Growth unlocks unlimited matches and the full RFP marketplace.
See how leads reach youIndividual students share their goals and are matched with up to 5 providers. You receive their request and reach out directly. Available from Starter.
Universities post group and faculty-led program requests. Submit a proposal, then message the institution directly. Available from Growth.
Your provider dashboard gives you complete control over your profile, programs, and leads. Subscription management and account settings are handled from the same place.
Edit your organization name, tagline, description, logo, gallery, accreditation details, contact information, website, and social links at any time.
Create and manage all your program listings. See which programs are active, pending review, or require attention. Update content as deadlines and costs change.
All student inquiries submitted from your provider and program pages appear in your leads inbox. Reply directly and track follow-up from the dashboard.
View your current plan, upgrade or change your tier, and manage your billing details through Stripe's secure customer portal. All billing is handled monthly.
Track the status of your provider verification and featured badge eligibility. Badge decisions are made by the admin team based on profile completeness and organizational legitimacy.
Update your account email, password, and notification preferences. Manage your linked user profile independently from your public provider listing.
Volkina International Foundation, PBC is a moderated global education ecosystem. This means providers and programs are reviewed before they go live, and trust badges are awarded based on admin evaluation — not automatically through payment.
This approach protects students from low-quality or misleading listings and gives your organization's approval status genuine credibility.
New provider registrations and claim requests require admin approval before the provider gains access to their dashboard and before the profile goes public.
Each new program submission enters a pending state and will not appear in search results until an admin approves it. This maintains listing quality across the ecosystem.
The Verified badge is awarded by the admin team based on profile completeness, accreditation evidence, and organizational legitimacy. It is not granted automatically by any paid plan.
Featured status is an admin-controlled designation. Providers on Growth or Premier plans become eligible for the badge, but it is only activated after admin review and approval.
Register your organization, claim your profile, and list the programs students are looking for. The platform is designed around the Umrah and Hajj use case — not a generic directory adapted for it.
