The process is straightforward. Each step requires admin review before advancing, ensuring quality and trust are maintained throughout.
Submit your organization for review. If your provider already exists in the ecosystem, you can claim it and request ownership. Admin approval is required before access is granted.
Add your logo, organizational description, accreditation details, destinations served, contact information, and social links. Your profile is your public-facing identity on the platform.
Publish individual program listings with full detail: destination, term, subject, cost, duration, credits, housing, deadlines, and more. Each program submission goes through admin review before going live.

All providers start with a Free listing. Paid plans expand your visibility, placement, and access to student matches and RFPs. Visibility badges (Verified, Featured) are always admin-controlled — they are not granted automatically by upgrading.

Volkina International Foundation, PBC is a moderated global education ecosystem. This means providers and programs are reviewed before they go live, and trust badges are awarded based on admin evaluation — not automatically through payment.
This approach protects students from low-quality or misleading listings and gives your organization's approval status genuine credibility.
New provider registrations and claim requests require admin approval before the provider gains access to their dashboard and before the profile goes public.
Each new program submission enters a pending state and will not appear in search results until an admin approves it. This maintains listing quality across the ecosystem.
The Verified badge is awarded by the admin team based on profile completeness, accreditation evidence, and organizational legitimacy. It is not granted automatically by any paid plan.
Featured status is an admin-controlled designation. Providers on Growth or Premier plans become eligible for the badge, but it is only activated after admin review and approval.
